You own all the alarm equipment we install. Our systems are NOT a lease system! Some companies lease there equipment to you and they maintain the ownership of that equipment. A typical problem with that is the company installs special codes into the system that locks everybody out of the alarm control panel except their technicians and they will not give you the code. In the event you want to switch to a different alarm company due to poor service or other issues you’re stuck using their company because no one except them can access the control panel.
